Staff Software Engineer (GTM & AI Strategy)

• Construire et prototyper de nouveaux produits internes à partir de zéro qui tirent parti des LLM et de l'IA agentique pour automatiser la recherche de comptes, la priorisation des leads et la logique de devis complexe.
• Développer le tissu de connexion backend entre notre moteur de devis personnalisé, Salesforce et nos lacs de données internes pour garantir une expérience de bout en bout transparente et à faible latence.
• Agir en tant qu'exécuteur clé pour résoudre des défis complexes de synchronisation et d'architecture à travers la pile GTM, en veillant à ce que les systèmes soient évolutifs et résilients.

• Systems Architecture: Ability to implement event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems with high integrity
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or a related technical Field
• Applied AI/ML Skills: Practical, hands-on experience building LLM agents in a production environment
• Deep Backend Expertise: Extensive experience in backend languages (Java, Go, Python) with a track record of building complex, distributed systems
• Experience building internal "Sales Tech" or "Fintech" tools that directly impact revenue
• Familiarity with AWS data services (SageMaker, Lambda, SQS)
• A passion for removing "human-in-the-loop" friction through intelligent automation
