Bilingual Care Guide (Spanish Speaker)

Join Nadia Care as a Bilingual Care Guide (Spanish Speaker) and be the first point of contact for new members. You will conduct comprehensive virtual Welcome Visits, assess members' needs, educate them on our services, and establish a warm relationship. You will also coordinate with Maternity Navigators and clinical specialists for smooth care transitions and maintain data accuracy across platforms. This remote position requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and 3-5+ years of experience in patient onboarding, member engagement, or customer service.

• Conduct comprehensive virtual Welcome Visits for new members, assessing their needs and educating them on services.
• Coordinate with Maternity Navigators and clinical specialists to ensure smooth transitions of care and pass critical intake notes.
• Maintain accurate documentation across platforms, logging interactions, scheduling visits, and tracking onboarding progress.

• Adaptability & Drive: Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while hitting daily outreach quality and engagement targets
• Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) with strong conversational fluency and comfortable using non-technical terminology with members
• Education & Basics: High school diploma or GED equivalent; reliable home internet access and a quiet space for taking calls
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, virtual communication tools, and scheduling software (e.g., Acuity, Spruce, EHRs, MacOS)
• Communication Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and the ability to build immediate rapport while guiding members through structured talk tracks
• Experience: 3-5+ years in patient onboarding, member engagement, customer service, community health, or healthcare navigation (experience with Medicaid populations is a strong plus)
