Executive Assistant

Join Iro, a fast-scaling startup, as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and CRO. In this role, you will take ownership of their calendars, manage inbound communication, coordinate travel, ensure executive follow-through, and drive meeting accountability. You will have a front-row seat to the company's growth and play a crucial role in decision-making. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, exceptional attention to detail, and strong emotional intelligence.

• 5+ years supporting senior executives, ideally in a startup environment, where things are exceptionally fast-moving and travel-heavy
• Comfortable operating with full access and the trust that comes with it: calendar, email, credit cards, Ashby, LinkedIn
• Exceptional EQ paired with obsessive attention to detail. That pairing is the job
• Fluent with AI tools, or genuinely hungry to be
• Strong taste and judgment. You can read a room, an inbox, and a guest list
• NYC-based and in office. You'll sit next to the CRO
