Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing)

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Business Systems Analyst III (Marketing), you will own and scale critical marketing technology platforms, primarily focusing on Iterable and TrustArc. You will partner closely with Marketing Operations teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and data-driven solutions that support Box's go-to-market strategy. This role requires a strong background in business systems analysis, marketing technology, and data analysis.

• Serve as the primary BSA owner for Marketing platforms, with deep ownership of Iterable and TrustArc.
• Independently lead end-to-end delivery of marketing technology initiatives, including discovery, requirements definition, backlog management, UAT coordination, and go-live readiness.
• Translate complex marketing, data, and compliance requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
