Senior/Staff Software Engineer (AI Insights)

Join our team as a Senior/Staff Software Engineer (Data Intelligence) and help lead our agile backend teams. In this role, you will design and build scalable systems, backend services, and data-processing workflows that transform complex customer data into reliable outputs. You will shape the architecture of our APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-powered systems while improving their reliability, observability, and performance. • Design and build scalable agentic systems, backend services, and data-processing workflows that transform complex, unstructured customer data into reliable, structured outputs.
• Shape the architecture of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and LLM-powered systems while improving their reliability, observability, and performance.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical direction and lead foundational decisions that scale with the company.

• Experience deploying and operating containerized applications on a major cloud platform
• Experience designing distributed systems, asynchronous workflows, and reliable data-processing services
• Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and operating production backend or data-intensive systems
• Experience with a growing company
• Experience specifically with GCP and Datadog
• Experience building production LLM systems, including multi-step, tool-using, or agentic workflows
