Global Investment Banking - ECM M&A Summer 2027 Internship

Join Crédit Agricole CIB, the Corporate & Investment Banking arm of the Crédit Agricole Group, as a summer intern in the Global Investment Banking (GIB) office in New York. As an intern, you will work on live transactions across M&A and Equity Capital Markets (ECM), taking on meaningful responsibilities alongside senior bankers and collaborating with sector teams in Paris and coverage teams across the U.S., Europe, and South America. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the origination and execution of M&A and ECM transactions, preparing pitch books, supporting analysts and associates in building financial models, conducting strategic analysis and industry research, building company profiles, and drafting memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.

• Assister à l'origine et à l'exécution de transactions de fusions et acquisitions (M&A) et de marchés des capitaux propres (ECM) dans tous les secteurs d'activité.
