VP, Business Manager for the Global and Repo Indexing in the Americas

Join our team as the VP, Business Manager for Global and Repo Indexing in the Americas. In this role, you will support the GRI business line in the U.S., working closely with trading desks and reporting to both the GMD Business Manager for Trading locally and the COO for GRI globally. Your responsibilities will include monitoring business performance, executing strategic initiatives, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, and coordinating communication between the U.S. platform and Head Office. This position offers strong exposure to front office activities and interaction with teams locally and globally.

• Support the monitoring of business performance, including revenues, balance sheet usage, and key financial metrics across Repo and Indexing activities.
• Act as the central coordination point between the GRI Trading desk and support functions (Risk, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Technology).
• Support adherence to internal policies, risk framework, and regulatory requirements relevant to GRI Trading activities.
