Lead Product Manager

• Own the product roadmap for utility system integrations across CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS, balancing multiple integration channels to optimize investment across each.
• Drive enrollment automation logic to seamlessly onboard customers and their DER assets into program eligibility and lifecycle systems.
• Translate complex utility technical constraints into clear product requirements that balance long-term platform stability with rapid deal execution.

• A track record of taking messy, non-standard requirements from multiple stakeholders and turning them into a coherent product plan
• Comfort navigating security, compliance, and IT governance reviews alongside client technical teams
• Deep utility operations knowledge, including familiarity with systems like CIS and ADMS
• 8+ years of software product management experience, with meaningful ownership of APIs, platform products, or third-party integrations
• Prior experience with API products, in-house utility environments, enterprise integrations, or solutions engineering
• Direct exposure to utility control room operations, NERC CIP requirements and/or Customer Information Systems
