VP of Finance

Join Isaac Health as the VP of Finance, where you will lead and professionalize our financial operations and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads, manage forecasting and modeling, oversee cash flow and budget management, build and manage reporting systems, monitor performance against KPIs, and oversee accounting and bookkeeping. • Lead the finance function and serve as a strategic finance partner to department leads, helping them plan, monitor, and refine budgets and performance metrics.
• Own financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, and reconcile budgets and forecasts with actual performance.
• Build and manage the organization’s reporting systems for both financial and operational KPIs, as well as investor reporting.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Experience managing taxes and legal/financial structures for affiliated entities (e.g., MSOs and PCs)
• Proven experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A roles—ideally within healthcare or tech-enabled services
• Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
• CPA or equivalent qualification is a strong plus
• Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence corrective action planning
