Senior Accountant (Financial Reporting)

Join our team as a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing equity accounting, assisting in financial statement reviews and audits, and streamlining the equity administration process. You will also assist in planning and executing SEC filings, prepare financial statements, and maintain supporting documents for auditors. • Preparation of equity accounting, financial statements, and footnote disclosures.
• Assistance in planning and execution of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K.
• Coordination with external auditors during quarterly and annual financial reviews and audits.

• 3+ years of overall experience in accounting
• Highly motivated and proactive with strong project management, organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities and requests
• Experience working with Workiva, Wdesk, and Netsuite is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline preferred
• Must demonstrate attention to detail, analytical abilities, and consistent follow-through, including project management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
