IT Engineer

Join Rho, a high-growth fintech company, as an IT Engineer. In this hands-on, in-office role based in our SF office, you will be the primary point of contact for all employee IT support, manage device lifecycle management, administer core identity and SaaS systems, manage the NYC office's IT infrastructure, build and document IT processes, partner with Security, People, and Finance, and lead IT onboarding for new hires. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support, hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting.
• Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
• Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools), including access onboarding and offboarding.

• Hands-on expertise administering macOS and Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms
• 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, and conference room technology
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset — you make IT feel easy for your colleagues
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration
• A clear communicator who can document processes and support non-technical teammates
• Willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in our SF office
