• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and optimize features that impact millions of users worldwide.
• Own Android on the Trust & Safety team, setting the technical direction and shipping features that reach millions of athletes.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and set the bar for Android quality across the company.

• 5+ years experience building Android applications in a production environment using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
• A product-focused mindset; you work with the team to solve real business problems, not just execute tickets
• Solid Android fundamentals (architecture patterns, performance, testing) and a track record of shipping features end-to-end
• Interest or willingness to grow into server-side and web front-end work as your scope expands
• Familiarity with Coroutines and Room, and experience designing or consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
