Supervisor - Table Games

Join our team as a Supervisor for Table Games. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining clear communication, supervising floor dealers, ensuring accuracy in paperwork, and providing excellent customer service. You will also conduct employee coaching sessions, assist in training staff, and handle customer complaints. The work environment is fast-paced and can be stressful, with bright lights and loud noise. The target salary for this position is $25.50 per hour.

• Maintaining clear communication and supervising floor dealers to ensure the integrity of games.
• Ensuring accuracy and completion of all signed paperwork and pit documents, and resolving customer complaints.
• Conducting employee coaching sessions, assisting in training staff, and coordinating evaluations on hourly associates.
