Vice President of Product Management (Managed AI)

Join Crusoe, a leading company in the managed AI services industry. As the Vice President of Product Management, you will be responsible for the vision, strategy, execution, and roadmap of our Managed AI Services portfolio. You will lead a team of product managers, partner with various departments, and shape the go-to-market strategy. This role requires proven experience in product management, AI/ML services, and cloud infrastructure technologies.

• Proven experience building, leading and mentoring product management teams
• Experience managing and launching technical products and features for AI-native, digital-native and enterprise customers
• First-hand experience with AI managed services such as inference, tuning, reinforcement learning and agent sandboxes, along with the observability and evaluation practices that support them
• Proven product management track record with AI/ML services, including experience building AI managed services and scaling them from scratch
• Strategic leadership: the ability to set a clear vision, make informed decisions with incomplete information, and guide a cross-functional team toward market awareness, adoption, revenue and gross margin goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present technical concepts, connect them to business outcomes and build consensus across diverse stakeholders
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate the product management craft
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure technologies and trends, ideally as a builder of planet-scale cloud products at a hyperscaler, neocloud or specialized inference provider
• Analytical rigor: comfort interpreting complex market, customer and production data to drive product strategy
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean product management methodologies
• Experience with open model ecosystems and the fine-tuning and inference optimization workflows enterprises use to adapt models to their data
• Experience leading a technical customer-facing team or operating an AI managed service from the customer or user side
• Engineering background prior to moving into product management
