SEO & AEO Manager

Join Juniper Square as a Senior Web Operations Manager, where you'll oversee the full operational stack of our website, including CMS governance, SEO and AEO strategy, production and day-to-day operations, agency oversight, and AI-powered workflows. You'll work closely with the Head of Corporate Marketing and various marketing teams, and be responsible for translating business and technical needs into clear execution plans, managing the content management system, running production operations, monitoring site performance, and owning the organic SEO strategy.

The ideal candidate will have deep analytics and technical SEO expertise, experience working cross-functionally, and a strong understanding of AI and its application in content delivery and publishing workflows. - Oversee the full operational stack of , including CMS governance, SEO and AEO strategy, production and day-to-day operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all website initiatives, translating business and technical needs into clear execution plans. - Own Juniper Square’s content management system (CMS) end-to-end, including governance, plugins, security updates, and direct page production. - Deep analytics and technical SEO expertise, and comfort in reporting on performance data and optimization - Experience working cross-functionally (Product, Design, IT, Legal, etc.) and demonstrated project management and communication skills.

Comfortable owning a backlog with competing deadlines and driving major initiatives with minimal oversight - Real AEO/GEO fluency: you know how AI answers engines index and surface content, and can run a structured process to monitor and correct representation - Hands-on CMS ownership experience: familiarity with headless or hybrid CMS architectures (Contentful, Sanity, Webflow, or similar) and how AI can be layered into content delivery and publishing workflows - 8+ years in a Marketing function with direct ownership or management of a B2B website, including track record of scaling website performance and impact, agency oversight and cross-functional coordination - AI fluency: you've built AI-powered systems that created operational leverage.
