Product Marketing Manager

You'll work closely with various teams to create compelling messaging, drive product launches, and understand our target audience. You'll also build sales assets and track the competitive landscape. • Own the day-to-day execution of Tennr's positioning and messaging across the business, delivering high performance narratives that resonate with our target audience.
• Run point on launches for new products and features, in partnership with the Product team. Develop a deep understanding of our product value and how to communicate it to our audiences.
• Build key sales assets (e.g., one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them to help drive growth of the business.

• High agency and results-oriented. Able to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight
• 3–5 years of product marketing experience, or equivalent experience in a GTM role, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company
• Comfort with ambiguity. Like any startup job, this role’s priorities will shift as we grow. You should be energized by that, not unsettled by it
• Low ego, high energy. Willing to admit mistakes and work to fix them
• Strong writing that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can point to specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've written and can explain the thinking behind it
• Cross-functional credibility. You've worked closely with Sales and/or Product before and can speak to a specific example of influencing what they did based on your input
• You'll know you're right for this if you can move fluidly between big-picture, strategic positioning and the actual sentence-level writing that makes a sales deck or launch email land. You like owning things end to end, and you're comfortable in a fast-moving team working with a lot of stakeholders
• Have built AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities
• Have healthcare or healthtech industry experience
