Senior Human Data Operations Partner, AI

In this hands-on role, you will manage the operational delivery of human data for a strategic AI customer, working closely with various teams to ensure project success. You will also have the opportunity to improve processes and contribute to the advancement of AI technology.

• Turn customer requirements into clear operational plans, workflows and timelines, and manage the delivery of participant supply for the account.
• Build and maintain participant pools based on requirements such as skills, geography, language, verification and availability, and manage participant onboarding, verification and activation.
• Track participant supply, engagement and quality, and take action when performance or coverage is off track, while leading operational projects from planning through to delivery.
