Software Engineer (Workforce Operations)

Join Assembled, a leading workforce management platform, as a Software Engineer in the Workforce Operations team. You will have the opportunity to build AI agents that automate complex workforce management tasks, fundamentally changing how teams run their support operations. This role offers ownership and ambiguity in building a new product area while working within a mature platform. You will be responsible for understanding current decision-making processes, developing data models and systems, and creating polished product experiences.

• Sweat the details. You've caught yourself fixing a misaligned pixel or rewriting an error message nobody asked you to, because shipping something sloppy bothers you
• Have shipped products end-to-end. You can point to something you helped take from idea to production, explain the product and technical tradeoffs you made, and tell us how customers responded
• Have 2+ years of experience building software products
