Operations Lead

Join our fast-growing team as an Operations Lead in New York, NY. In this role, you will oversee the full apartment preparation process, manage relationships with external vendors and building personnel, conduct property inspections, provide hands-on support, and drive efficiency. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role, be tech-savvy, physically capable of lifting 30lbs, and have a valid driver's license. • Oversee the full apartment preparation process, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance teams, and conducting detailed inspections.
• Act as the go-to person in the field, managing relationships with external vendors, housekeeping staff, and building personnel to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct thorough property inspections using mobile checklists, flag issues, and ensure that every space meets our cleanliness, functionality, and design expectations.

• This field-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, leading by example, and ensuring every property meets the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction
• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role—ideally in field ops, facilities, hospitality, or housekeeping
• Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
• Tech-savvy—familiar with tools like Slack, G Suite, and mobile apps
• Physically capable of lifting 30Ibs and being active for most of the workday
• A flexible team player who thrives in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
• Comfortable performing basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a reliable vehicle (DC/SEA/LA/SF/SAN) with mileage reimbursement
• Availability to work SAT/SUN/MON

• Comfortable with a schedule that consistently includes working Saturday, Sunday & Monday
