Benefits include flexible paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid parental leave, and a company-matched 401k.

  • Manage complex client engagements and serve as project manager on high-value compensation projects.
  • Support and manage a range of project types within service offerings, from compensation strategy development to job pricing.
  • Deliver deep compensation expertise across benchmarking and market pricing, salary structure design, and job architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage moderately complex to highly complex client engagements independently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to communicate compensation concepts clearly to a range of client stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • 7+ years of hands-on compensation experience, including demonstrated expertise in:

  • Perhaps most importantly, you're energized by the opportunity to be a strategic partner in clients' compensation journeys
  • You understand that compensation strategy isn't a one-size-fits-all
  • You genuinely enjoy learning about different organizations, industries, and business models
  • You craft tailored recommendations based on this knowledge
  • You have strong executive presence and are comfortable navigating both detailed analytical work and high-level strategic conversations with C-suite audiences
  • You're client-centric and outcomes-focused
  • You're a continuous learner and curious problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and brings creative solutions to complex compensation challenges
  • You know that the work you do directly impacts how organizations attract, retain, and fairly compensate their talent
  • We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you
  • Experience with global job architecture and international compensation structures
  • Experience with pay equity analysis and pay transparency initiatives
  • Knowledge of variable pay structure design (incentive compensation, bonus structures)
