Growth Partnerships Lead

Join Phantom, a leading company in the crypto and web3 space, as the Growth Partnerships Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program, recruiting and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, and content partners. You will also analyze program performance, collaborate with affiliates on promotional content, and manage affiliate tracking software. The ideal candidate has a strong background in affiliate marketing, particularly in the fintech industry, and a passion for crypto and decentralized finance.

• Recruiting, onboarding, and managing a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners to promote Phantom products.
• Developing and implementing strategies to build the inaugural affiliate program and drive new funded wallets and traders on Phantom.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on program performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversions, ROI, and revenue.

• The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships
• Passion for crypto, web3, and the future of decentralized finance (or a willingness to learn and immerse yourself in the space)
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Data and managing external agencies
• Proven track record of developing and launching affiliate marketing programs at global scale
• Deep understanding of affiliate partnership ecosystem in crypto (publishers, KOLs, influencers)
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey product benefits through branded content
• 5 - 7 years of experience in affiliate marketing for consumer fintech businesses, particularly app-based businesses
