Senior Recruiter

Join Vox Media as a Senior Recruiter, where you will manage full-cycle recruiting for editorial, podcast, revenue, and operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders, build talent pipelines, deliver a high-touch candidate experience, and track recruiting metrics. • Manage full-cycle recruiting for editorial, podcast, revenue, and operations roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to scope open roles, build hiring plans, and act as a strategic advisor throughout the search.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, and passive-candidate outreach, rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

• Stakeholder management is second nature for you — you feel confident advising and pushing back constructively on hiring managers, including senior leaders
• Systems expertise — you feel comfortable managing an ATS and partnering with the Head of People to build recruiting process
• Specifically, experience recruiting editorial, creative, and audio/podcast talent
• You're a genuine fan of our brands and shows — and you actually consume them
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (strong preference for in-house) — you have a strong track record for closing candidates
• Strong sourcing skills — you don't wait for the perfect candidate to apply; you go find them
• A passion for the art of talent acquisition — aka you love what you do
• You know that diverse slates alone don't move the needle — you build hiring processes that are equitable by design, from first outreach to final offer
• Clear, warm, and timely communication — you represent Vox Media to every candidate you talk to, whether they're hired or not
• You strive for a positive candidate experience — each open role builds on your ability to grow the talent network
• Excellent organizational skills — you can run a busy, varied req load without letting candidates or hiring managers fall through the cracks
