Rep - Call Center Part Time

Join our team as a Part-Time Call Center Representative. In this role, you will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service, answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, processing reservations, and assisting guests with their requests. You will also handle guest complaints, confirm and modify reservations, and ensure accuracy in guest folios. Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service and responding to inquiries regarding the property.
• Ensures calls are answered promptly and in accordance with department standards, and processes and/or makes reservations.
• Assists guests in fulfilling their requests, resolving complaints, and ensuring that proper sales techniques and strategies are utilized.
