Senior Accountant

Join Rogo as a Senior Accountant, where you will take ownership of the month-end close cycle for both US and international entities. You will coordinate with local providers, establish a documented runbook, and ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory frameworks. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, a CPA (preferred), and a strong understanding of reconciliation and documentation habits. You will report to the Accounting Manager and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Ownership and establishment of a documented runbook for the month-end close cycle for US and international entities.
• Coordination with local accounting providers and oversight of the outsourced accounts payable specialist.
• Preparation of local-to-US GAAP bridge support and assistance with local statutory accounts and filings.

• 3+ years progressive accounting experience
• CPA (preferred)
• Solid US GAAP; working familiarity with local statutory frameworks
• Strong reconciliation discipline and documentation habits; audit support experience
• Modern ERP experience and strong Excel

• Audit foundation (Big 4 or national firm) plus industry close experience
• Intercompany and transfer pricing exposure
• Experience coordinating outsourced providers or shared-services teams
• Multi-entity, multi-currency close in a high-growth or multinational environment
• Interest in automation and AI-assisted close work
