Head of Tax & Treasury

Join Whatnot, the largest live shopping platform in North America and Europe. As the Head of Tax & Treasury, you will lead the global tax and treasury functions, managing risk, improving capital efficiency, and building infrastructure that scales with new products and markets. You should have 12+ years of progressive corporate tax, treasury, or finance leadership experience, deep expertise in global tax compliance and reporting, and hands-on experience in liquidity planning and cash forecasting.

• Lead and manage Whatnot's global tax and treasury functions, including tax strategy, reporting, compliance, cash management, and banking relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risk, improve capital efficiency, and build infrastructure that scales with new products and markets.
• Build and develop a high-performing team, systems, controls, and processes in a fast-changing environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
