SMB Solutions Engineer

Join Box, the leader in Intelligent Content Management. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll work with business and IT leaders to craft customer-centric solutions, drive revenue opportunities, and act as a liaison between Sales and Product. This role is based in New York City and supports clients in the SMB segment.

• Research, explore, and identify customer business problems; think like a builder and experiment, iterate, and refine to make every customer experience exceptional.
• Own the technical win in your account, and take responsibility for driving the technical deal forward; lead demos articulating the value of Box selling the full suite of solutions.
• Act as a critical liaison between Sales and Product; share customer feedback with the Product Management, Operations, and Engineering functions at Box.
