Job Description

Join our team as a Steward - Recycling, where you will oversee all waste disposals, train staff on recycling procedures, and maintain cleanliness and organization of recycling areas. You will also provide exceptional customer service and work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. This position offers a starting compensation of $17.00/hr and is represented by Unite Here, subject to the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

  • Oversee all waste disposals and ensure recycling bins are available and used in all predetermined areas.
  • Train staff in the proper procedures to maximize recycling and minimize trash disposal costs.
  • Maintain a log of what and how much is recycled, and review weekly with Chief Steward.
