Senior Technical Recruiter

Join Healthie, a fast-growing digital health company, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will drive hiring outcomes across the organization, manage multiple critical searches simultaneously, and partner directly with senior leaders. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, proactively sourcing and engaging top talent, and building and maintaining strong talent pipelines. This is a highly execution-oriented role that requires exceptional sourcing ability, operational discipline, and stakeholder management.

• Required: You bring experience partnering with senior business leaders to define hiring strategies, build interview processes, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences across multiple functions
• You are comfortable supporting technical hiring (Engineering, Product, or Data) and Business hiring - collaborating with those teams to ensure alignment on role requirements and candidate quality
• Required: You have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within high volume, high-growth B2B SaaS environments, with a strong focus on quality, execution, and speed
• Required: You are a strong sourcing and relationship-building expert, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging, and converting top business talent in competitive markets
• Nice-to-have: Have experience recruiting in the healthcare or healthtech space, with an understanding of mission-driven teams and HIPAA-compliant environments
• Operate with self-sufficiency and ownership, proactively driving results without waiting for direction. This role offers a great deal of autonomy
