Job Description

Join Mammoth Brands, a fast-moving retail team that connects our brands with retailer customers. As a Senior Associate of Sales Analytics & Enablement, you will play a critical role in driving our Grocery team's success through analytics, insights, and performance reporting. You will manage key administrative workflows, lead data management systems, and serve as the go-to data expert for the Grocery channel. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling way.

  • Own the analytics and performance reporting for the Grocery channel, delivering weekly, monthly, and ad hoc scorecards that support Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando.
  • Build and maintain best-in-class selling stories grounded in syndicated data, retailer POS, and internal reporting, synthesizing the "so what" and "why" behind the headlines.
  • Manage retailer administrative workflows at select Grocery accounts, including trade funding submissions, promotional setup and validation, item setup and maintenance, and compliance tracking.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of their work and operates with urgency and follow-through without needing to be managed step-by-step
  • Strong analytical foundation with the ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into clear, actionable insights and polished presentations
  • Insatiably curious — you're always asking "why" and looking for the story beneath the numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with retail portal platforms (e.g., Walmart Luminate, Kroger 84.51°) is a plus
  • Experience with BI or data visualization tools (e.g.,Omni, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience working with syndicated data platforms such as Circana (IRI) or Nielsen — comfortable extracting, analyzing, and storytelling with this data
  • Highly organized with experience managing administrative and contractual workstreams — you don't let details fall through the cracks
  • Ability to travel to retailer meetings as needed
  • Bachelor's degree required; 1–3 years of experience in CPG sales or retail analytics, or a closely related field
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator — you can distill a complex story into a tight slide and present it with confidence to internal stakeholders and external merchant partners
