Senior HR Partner

Join ShipBob, a remote-first company with a hybrid, flexible work environment. As a Senior People Generalist, you will provide full cycle Human Resources support to all employees, managers, and regional directors within your assigned location. You will work closely with business leaders to execute HR initiatives and strategies, and serve as the first point of contact for employees to resolve issues. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience and a solid understanding of labor-related laws and statutes.

• Servir como el primer punto de contacto para los empleados para resolver problemas y llevar a cabo investigaciones en colaboración con el liderazgo del equipo de personas, los HRBPs y el departamento legal según sea necesario.
• Mantener registros y documentación de recursos humanos precisos y actualizados, cumpliendo con las pautas y regulaciones de cumplimiento mediante la realización de auditorías periódicas.
• Participar en eventos de reclutamiento y ferias de empleo, coordinar y llevar a cabo entrevistas con nuevos empleados para roles de nivel horario.

• Ability to travel is required
• Ability to understand and interpret data as well as the ability to make recommendations and take action utilizing that data
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Ability to work independently, requiring minimal direction
• Solid presentation and speaking skills to a wide range of group sizes
• Proficient in using MS Office, Excel, and data related tools
• Able to work in a fast-paced, highly energized and open environment and work with all levels of management
• SHRM or SPHR Certification
• Must have stellar interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Must be able to manage highly confidential information
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related degree and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Solid understanding of Labor related laws and statutes
• Prior experience working in a fulfillment center, warehouse, or manufacturing facility
