Senior Software Engineer (Account Infrastructure)

Join Roblox as a Senior Software Engineer in Account Infrastructure. You will take ownership of the complete lifecycle for full-stack features within Auth Infra, collaborate with partner teams, define architectural direction, and contribute to user authentication and security infrastructure. You should have extensive experience as a full-stack engineer, proficiency in back-end development, and a strong commitment to user safety and data integrity.

• Experience with both front-end (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, Java, Go) to deliver end-to-end features
• Versatile and adaptable; ability to work in Rust, Go, and C# and adapt to new development flows, including AI integration
• A strong commitment to designing, implementing, and maintaining systems that prioritize user safety, data integrity, and compliance with safety policies
• Equivalent experience or a BS in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or another technical field
• Strong ability to instrument, collect, and analyze user interaction data (e.g., A/B testing, usage metrics) to inform design decisions and maximize user impact and product performance
• Extensive experience as a full-stack engineer, proficient in back-end development, working on complex, production-grade systems end-to-end
• 5+ years of experience in software development
