Deputy Controller (Accounting)

Join our team as a Deputy Controller, where you will play a crucial role in supporting all aspects of our accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving the development of scalable processes and systems to support our growth. You will lead corporate accounting functions, own revenue recognition policy and execution, establish and improve internal controls, and drive ownership and improvement of financial systems. Additionally, you will lead and develop a high-performing accounting team and manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.

• Lead corporate accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Own revenue recognition policy and execution under ASC 606 for subscription and usage-based arrangements.
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls, policies, and procedures, and support financial reporting.

• Big 4 experience and CPA strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Demonstrated success in driving systems implementation and process improvements
• Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and audit
• Proven experience leading accounting in a complex, multinational organization
• Strong technical accounting experience, including meaningful revenue recognition experience within enterprise software, SaaS, consumption-based revenue, and professional services, as well as stock-based comp
