Senior Software Engineer in Test (Affirm)

Join HYPR, a leading provider of passwordless authentication solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer in Test, you will work closely with our development team to build high-quality test suites and ensure the success of our products. You will have the opportunity to test mobile and desktop applications, SaaS services, platform scalability, and database migrations. Additionally, you will participate in the full development life cycle and contribute your insights to requirements, designs, and code reviews.

• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows, as HYPR is moving toward an AI-native engineering model
• Experience with BDD/Selenium automation across mobile drivers, BrowserStack, or similar
• Experience working in a Continuous Delivery environment—frequent releases, automated testing gates, CI/CD pipelines, environment automation
• Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• 8+ years of automation experience
• Experience testing SaaS platforms or complex distributed systems
• Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing complex microservices architecture to identify root causes of latency and system bottlenecks
• Experience with leading the end-to-end performance testing strategy for a large-scale SaaS platform
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study (Master's preferred)
• Experience with Git Flow and tools such as Gitlab, Artifactory and Jira
