Corporate Recruiter

Join Ironclad, a leading company in the legal technology space, as a Corporate Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across various roles in the G&A and Marketing functions. You will create comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies, develop strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and collaborate with members of the recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring passive candidates, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

• Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring professionals across a wide range of roles while managing processes from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Creating comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies while leveraging internal resources to hire the best talent in the market.
• Developing strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners to create a best-in-class hiring experience.

• Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates
• Working knowledge of ATS tools and technologies, Ashby preferred
• Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
• Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• 3+ years full cycle recruiting experience, agency and/or in house
• Proven track record delivering of high level client and candidate experience, superior negotiation and closing skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Ability to context switch across roles while handling complex and sophisticated searches
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strategic thinker who brings resolution to any challenges and problems throughout the recruiting process
