Product Manager (Growth, Notifications)

Join Coinbase as a Product Manager II on the Growth team within the Consumer & Business group. You will own the end-to-end notifications platform, driving user engagement and retention through personalized, ML-powered notification strategies. You will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing to build relevance models and lead experimentation programs. You should have a proven track record in shipping ML-powered personalization features, experience owning a multi-channel messaging platform, and deep expertise in experimentation methodology. Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools is required, along with 5+ years of product management experience.

• Own the product roadmap for Coinbase's notifications platform across push, in-app, and email channels, balancing infrastructure investment with growth experimentation.
• Drive measurable improvements in user engagement, activation, and retention through personalized, ML-powered notification strategies.
• Lead experimentation programs (A/B and multivariate testing) to validate notification timing, content, and channel selection at scale.

• Proven track record shipping ML-powered personalization or relevance features, with demonstrated ability to partner with data science teams on model development and evaluation
• Experience owning a multi-channel messaging or notifications platform (push, in-app, email), including deliverability, opt-in optimization, and frequency management
• Deep expertise in experimentation methodology, including designing A/B tests, defining success metrics, and interpreting results to inform roadmap decisions
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
• Fluency in SQL and data analysis tools, with a demonstrated habit of self-serving insights to drive product decisions without waiting for analyst support
• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years focused on growth, engagement, or lifecycle products at scale (1M+ users)
