Account Executive (North America)

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business, nurture existing client relationships, and explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. • Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the designated territory or named accounts, and develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
• Work closely with the Solution Consultant and the Customer Success Manager to foster and grow relationships with existing clients, and understand their business goals to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory or named accounts, utilizing CRM tools to track interactions, sales progress, and client information.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An AI-first mindset, with the ability to continuously leverage AI tools to simplify processes, streamline workflows, boost efficiency, and drive measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services including e-commerce, social media, content marketing etc
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred
