Sales Development Representative

Join Leah, a fast-paced startup in the Enterprise AI industry, as a Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engage key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, and generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of technology and grow within the organization.

• Act as the first point of contact to engage potential customers and effectively share our mission of elevating human judgment through AI.
• Use all available channels (Phone, Email, Social) to identify and contact key decision-makers in Fortune 1000 companies.
• Convert inbound leads and targeted outbound prospecting into qualified meetings and opportunities for our Account Executives.

• Experience: 1–5 years of professional sales experience is preferred, but we welcome high-potential candidates looking to start their tech career
• Resilience: The determination to turn a “no” into a “yes” through strategic objection handling and consultative questioning
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; you must be a good listener and an even better communicator
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
