Associate Sales Recruiter

Join Topline Pro as an Associate Sales Recruiter, where you'll manage the full recruiting process for BDR classes across our New York and Nashville offices. This high-volume role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as you'll be moving a large volume of candidates through screens and interviews efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience. You'll also partner closely with our early talent recruiter on campus recruiting strategy and pipeline building.

• Strong plus if you have 1-2 years of sales experience
• Highly organized, you can run a repeatable process across two offices without things falling through the cracks
• Strong communication and coordination skills, you'll be working closely with our early talent recruiter and Sales hiring managers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong candidate engagement skills
• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once without letting quality or experience slip
• Experience or interest in campus recruiting a plus
• Energized by volume and repetition done well, not just novel searches
• Organized enough to run parallel timelines across two offices without losing track of details
• A strong communicator who makes candidates feel taken care of, even in a high-volume process
• A team player who's excited to partner closely with our early talent recruiter rather than work in a silo
• 0.5-2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or campus/early-talent hiring
