Community Manager

Join Wiz, a company transforming cloud security. As a Community Manager, you'll design programs to help customers succeed, foster engagement, encourage feedback, scale self-service, and track metrics. You should have 3+ years of experience in community-related programs, strong communication skills, and experience in technology.

• 3+ years of experience building customer and community-related programs, with strong familiarity with Slack and other community platforms
• Strong communication skills and a welcoming presence, with a proven ability to connect with users and make them feel seen
• 5 years of experience working in technology
• Experience working cross-functionally, especially with product, engineering, and customer success teams
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and come up with creative solutions to challenging problems
• 8 or more years of experience working in technology, specifically in SaaS or cybersecurity
• Comfort with technical content and product roadmaps, with the ability to speak confidently with users and connect dots internally
• A track record of building scalable engagement programs that deliver real value to customers and internal teams, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and get them on board to support community initiatives
