Lead Product Manager

Join WRITER, a leading company in the generative AI space, as a Lead Product Manager. In this role, you will shape the product strategy and roadmap, drive high-impact initiatives, and align cross-functional stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with enterprise buyers, end users, and prospects to uncover unmet needs and champion the customer voice. Additionally, you will mentor and coach other product managers, raising the bar on product craft across the organization.

• Technical credibility to engage meaningfully with engineers and researchers on system design, LLM capabilities, data, and architecture, knowing when to go deep and when to defer to the experts
• 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning and shipping complex, high-impact products, ideally in SaaS, platform, infrastructure, or AI/ML-driven environments
• A blend of strong strategic thinking and relentless execution — you can set a compelling vision one moment and sweat the details of a release plan the next

• Background in enterprise software, developer platforms, or developer-facing products

• Familiarity with AI governance, guardrails, and the operational considerations of deploying AI in regulated or high-stakes environments
