Senior Business Operations Associate

Join our Business Operations team as a Senior Business Operations Associate. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional processes, maintain business performance reporting, and turn business needs and data into action. You will play a crucial role in strengthening our operating rhythm, keeping stakeholders aligned, and ensuring deliverables are on track. You will also have opportunities to identify patterns, improve processes, and use AI and automation to create more capacity for strategic work.

• Coordinating cross-functional processes, maintaining business performance reporting, and turning business needs and data into action.
• Building strong relationships across the business and proactively following up with stakeholders to independently resolve blockers, close gaps, and keep work moving.
• Identifying recurring operational friction and manual work, tracing issues to their root causes, and partnering with business owners to improve the underlying process.

• You’re exceptionally organized and reliable, stay ahead of deadlines, and can manage multiple priorities without letting details slip
• You’re systems-minded and resourceful, with a knack for spotting patterns, diagnosing root causes, and designing solutions that scale. You understand how actions and decisions affect interconnected processes and anticipate their downstream impacts
• You take ownership of outcomes from start to finish. If you begin something, you complete it or explicitly hand it off with clear context
• You have 2-4 years experience in business operations, program management, consulting, or a cross-functional execution role—preferably in a fast-paced tech or fintech environment
• You’re flexible and adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, shifting timelines, and jumping into what the operating rhythm needs most
• You’re a clear, proactive communicator who surfaces status, blockers, and needs before being asked
• You’re open to feedback and new ideas, ask questions before making assumptions, and treat colleagues’ problems as shared team problems
• You’re comfortable working with data and BI tools like Looker and can translate business questions, metrics, and findings into clear insights and next steps
• You’re curious about AI and automation and have used tools to thoughtfully improve how work gets done
• You’re a people person. You build strong relationships and can create accountability across teams with a ton of empathy, persistence, and sound judgment
