Technical Sourcing Recruiter

As a Technical Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in building our team by identifying and engaging top technical talent. You will work closely with our recruiting lead and hiring managers to develop focused sourcing strategies and strong candidate pipelines. Your responsibilities will include understanding team needs, identifying promising talent, writing outreach messages, and conducting initial candidate screenings. You will also track pipeline health, maintain accurate candidate records, and broaden our reach through diverse sourcing strategies.

• Collaborer avec le responsable du recrutement et les responsables techniques pour définir les profils de candidats et élaborer des stratégies de sourcing.
• Identifier et engager des candidats passifs par le biais de LinkedIn, de communautés techniques, de références et de recherches ciblées.
• Construire des pipelines de candidats dans des disciplines techniques telles que l'ingénierie logicielle, l'infrastructure cloud, les systèmes embarqués, les communications sans fil et l'ingénierie réseau.

• Strong research skills, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and finding candidates beyond standard recruiting databases
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, along with careful handling of candidate information
• Good judgment about candidate fit and the ability to explain your recommendations with specific evidence
• A collaborative working style, openness to feedback, and the initiative to keep searches moving independently
• Clear, compelling writing and the confidence to lead credible conversations with technical candidates
• Strong organization and follow-through across multiple searches and shifting priorities
• The ability to understand technical requirements and evaluate relevant experience beyond job titles and keyword matches
• Experience sourcing or recruiting technical talent, with examples of successfully engaging passive candidates for specialized or hard-to-fill roles
• Experience recruiting in telecommunications, satellite communications, semiconductors, IoT, or related technical fields
• Experience supporting a startup or a small recruiting team
• Experience sourcing across international talent markets
• Familiarity with embedded software, cellular networks, wireless protocols, or cloud and network infrastructure
