Commercial Legal Specialist (Technical AI Implementation)

Join Anthropic's Commercial Legal team as a Technical AI Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will leverage AI technologies to enhance legal operations, drive AI adoption, optimize internal tooling, and lead cross-functional initiatives. • Implement AI-powered solutions to streamline contract review and redlining processes, manage integrations between existing legal systems and AI tools.
• Drive AI adoption across team workflows, optimize internal tooling, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to guide project execution.

• Show genuine curiosity about AI/ML applications and hands-on experience with LLM tools (especially Claude!)
• Excel at cross-functional collaboration and can communicate effectively with both technical and legal stakeholders
• Self-directed and can manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and can translate legal business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology platforms such as contract management systems, workflow management systems, or document management tools
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks and tools or a background in machine learning or data science
• Technical aptitude with system integration knowledge
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in legal operations, legal technology, or technical roles supporting legal teams
• Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver quality results
• Collaborative team player mindset with genuine interest in technology development and AI, thriving in fast-paced environments
