Senior AI Research Engineer

Join our team as a Senior AI Research Engineer, where you will design, implement, and evaluate cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning algorithms. You will collaborate with other research engineers, conduct experiments, develop tools and frameworks, and communicate research findings to leadership. A Master's Degree in a relevant field and proficiency in AI and ML frameworks are required.

• Design, implement, and evaluate novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms, focusing on autonomy, trajectory prediction, and perception.
• Collaborate with other research engineers to prototype and validate complex solutions from academic literature related to agent behavior and environmental understanding.
• Conduct experiments to benchmark new techniques and evaluate model behavior in dynamic or simulated environments.

• Minimum Education Requirement: Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computational Sciences, Machine Learning, Robotics or Informatics
• Mechanisms, multi-modal foundation models, diffusion policies, fine-tuning, model distillation, and mixture of experts
• Must have understanding of Transformer architectures, attention
• Special Requirements: Must be highly skilled with AI and ML frameworks, such as Pytorch or Tensorflow. Must have skills with debugging and determining requirements for AI models in terms of data, training and evaluation
