Sales Development Representative

Join our sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). In this role, you will evaluate incoming leads, identify high-quality opportunities, and ensure they are routed to the appropriate sales team members. You will also conduct initial outreach, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, and meet daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other channels, and conduct initial outreach to assess lead interest.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity and conversion metrics, and provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• 1+ years of experience in sales, call center, customer service, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
• Understanding of B2B sales processes and SaaS business models
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
