Account Manager (Retail)

• Gérer et développer un portefeuille de 100 à 125 agents d'assurance, en les aidant à acquérir des clients pour l'assurance automobile et habitation.
• Conduire des revenus grâce à la vente incitative, à la vente croisée et à la création de nouvelles campagnes.
• Diriger les conversations sur la performance en utilisant des indicateurs clés tels que le taux de conversion et le coût par appel.

• Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations; not an email-only role
• Experience managing multiple campaigns within an account
• 4+ years in account management or sales, ideally in performance marketing, lead gen, or insurance
• Organized and accountable
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
• Strong grasp of conversion rate, CPA/COA, and ROI
• Ability to turn data into clear actions and recommendations
• Confident communicator on pricing, expectations, and results
• Comfortable owning a revenue number and managing a high-volume book
