Solution Architect (Revenue Cycle Transformation, Epic Back-End Revenue Cycle)

Join our team as a Solution Architect, where you will lead large-scale revenue cycle transformation initiatives for leading healthcare organizations. You will serve as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, guiding clients from vision through execution to measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include defining solution strategy, driving execution across complex teams, designing and optimizing Epic back-end revenue cycle workflows, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive and operational stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone with deep revenue cycle expertise, hands-on Epic back-end experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action.

• Lead large-scale, technology-enabled revenue cycle transformation initiatives for healthcare organizations, serving as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader.
• Own end-to-end delivery of revenue cycle transformation initiatives, including Epic implementation and optimization with a focus on back-end billing and collections workflows.
• Drive execution across complex, cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between Epic configuration, business processes, and desired operational and financial outcomes.

• This role is ideal for someone who combines deep revenue cycle expertise with hands-on Epic back-end experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate strategy into action
• Experience with Epic billing and collections workflows, including claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up, and patient collections, is central to this role
• 7+ years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled healthcare initiatives (e.g., Epic, automation, AI)
• Experience leading client-facing engagements with the ability to influence executive and operational stakeholders
• Epic certification in a relevant application (e.g., Epic Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB), Epic Claims, and/or Epic Charge Router) is highly preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of EHR ecosystems, integrations, and revenue cycle analytics
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Deep expertise in Epic back-end revenue cycle / billing and collections, with hands-on experience in one or more relevant Epic applications such as Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), Resolute Professional Billing (PB), Epic Claims, or related billing applications
• Proven success delivering large-scale Epic implementations or optimizations, particularly within back-end revenue cycle, billing, claims, or collections
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
