Senior Product Designer

Join our team as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll curate and scale the design language that powers our product experience. You'll own the design system from foundational tokens and components to documentation and adoption across teams. Additionally, you'll be responsible for the user experience of one of our primary banking workflows. This role requires strong proficiency in Figma, experience with design systems, and familiarity with native mobile design fundamentals.

• Curate and scale the design language that powers the product experience, owning the system from foundational tokens and components to documentation and adoption across teams.
• Design, maintain, and evolve the component library and design tokens, partnering with engineering to ensure components are built to spec and stay in sync across Figma and in-app implementation.
• Own end-to-end UX for one of the primary banking workflows, collaborating with product managers to ensure product features align with user needs and strategic business initiatives.

• Excellent cross-functional communication and documentation skills
• Familiarity with native mobile design fundamentals for iOS and Android (Swift UI / Jetpack Compose patterns)
• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Strong proficiency in Figma (variables, component architecture, auto-layout)
• Experience with design token pipelines and tooling (Style Dictionary, Token Studio)
• Knowledge of AI best practices in design system maintenance
• 6+ years in product design, with 2+ years focused on design systems
• Experience using AI-assisted design workflows day to day (AI prototyping tools, refining designs with LLM-based assistants, or AI design audits)
• Familiarity with design-to-code workflows and tooling such as Figma Code Connect, MCP-based integrations, or agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc)
