IT Support Associate

Seeking an IT Support Associate for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Hebron, KY. Pay: $55K - $60K Benefits: PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k What You’ll Do Provide frontline technical support for hardware, software, network, and application issues.

Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and licenses in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and equipment deployment. Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.

Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Assist with ERP and other business-critical applications. Maintain IT asset inventories and software licensing records.

Troubleshoot connectivity, application, and system issues and escalate complex problems when needed. Coordinate with our MSP and technology vendors to resolve technical issues. Assist with cybersecurity, system upgrades, technology projects, and IT documentation.

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of professional IT support or help desk experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory and user account administration.

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic network issues. Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPNs.

Experience with IT ticketing/help desk systems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work independently.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to security and confidentiality.

Education
