Job Description

Overview

Responsible for shipment planning management, overseeing the daily operations of delivery control as per TDM , while working closely with PMC planner, customs team and FG warehouse to hit the target. Manage and resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process.

Skill/Knowledge Requirements

  • Plan and schedule shipments (ocean, air, road) to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delays or disruptions.
  • Communicate with F1 customer and provide related reports.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (SI, packing lists, customs declarations).
  • Analyze logistics data to identify efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with PMC teams, warehouse, and customs teams to align shipping plans with demand.

Education and Experience

Successful completion of 4-years of high school, or equivalent, plus completion of 4 years of college with a bachelor’s degree.
